About the role

The Leasing Professional for the State & Grand community is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through coordinated marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from initial inquiry to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage renewal negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that support occupancy goals.
