Leasing Professional – Stanza Little Italy

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Stanza Little Italy community in San Diego. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
- Show units, process applications, and negotiate lease terms.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain strong resident relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community.
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
- Experience in high‑rise or high‑end sales preferred.
- Familiarity with Yardi or other CRM systems preferred.
