About the role

Diamond Rock Rentals, a Greystar community in Spokane Valley, Washington, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its high‑performing team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction across 223 upscale apartments, townhomes, and single‑family homes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements for new residents.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms to retain existing tenants.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
