Leasing Professional – South Ridge Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the South Ridge community in Williston. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns to generate traffic.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi) for availability, prospect tracking, and demographic reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within residential real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet occupancy targets.
