About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for Siena Tuscan Village. This full‑time position manages the entire leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and manage resident documentation.
• Support resident retention by handling lease renewals and addressing resident concerns throughout the lease term.
