Leasing Professional – Shorewood Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Shorewood Apartments team on Mercer Island. The community features 645 garden‑style units, lush landscaping, and lake views, offering residents a premium Pacific Northwest lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or a strong can‑do attitude).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents.
• Demonstrated skill in selling and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired but not required).
