Leasing Professional – Shoregate Community

About the role

This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The Leasing Professional will handle all activities related to leasing new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet the community’s occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting and qualifying prospective residents.
• Conduct comprehensive community tours and showcase individual apartments to interested prospects, highlighting amenities and lease terms.
• Process rental applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, guiding residents through the signing process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Inspect each apartment prior to resident move-in to confirm it is clean, functional, and ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, leasing efforts, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term, addressing concerns and facilitating lease renewals.
