Leasing Professional – Santa Monica Collection

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Santa Monica Collection community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
