Leasing Professional – Santa Monica Collection

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Santa Monica Collection team. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Manage lease agreements, coordinate move‑ins, and ensure smooth onboarding of new residents.
• Support resident retention by addressing inquiries, handling lease renewals, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management to execute leasing strategies and meet occupancy targets.
• Provide weekend availability as required to accommodate prospect schedules.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced property setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying resident needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in lease application processing and credit/background screening procedures.
