The Leasing Professional is a key member of the community team, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will manage all aspects of leasing, from marketing to lease renewal, ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and execute lease agreements for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and address any concerns promptly.
• Secure lease renewals and manage the renewal process to maximize retention.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
