About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Richmond community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities. The professional will also ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and support the community’s overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move‑in logistics, ensure apartments are ready for occupancy and oversee the signing process.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain resident relationships to promote retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community promotion strategies.
