Leasing Professional – Residential Property Leasing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its community at Sloan's Lake in Lakewood, Colorado. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process, from prospect outreach to lease signing and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics and provide ongoing support throughout the lease term.
• Promote lease renewals and maintain high resident retention rates.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet occupancy targets.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and lease administration.
