About the role
We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join our property management team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
- Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and complete lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Schedule any required maintenance or repairs prior to resident move‑in.
- Provide resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Secure resident lease renewals to meet retention goals.
- Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to ensure apartment readiness.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information.
