Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a community in Prince George’s County, MD. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
