Leasing Professional – Pasadena

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to join its Pasadena community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and process applications to lease available units.
• Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents by delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote vacancies and community events.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi or the designated CRM system.
• Provide on‑call support and be available on weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with strong customer‑service, sales, and administrative abilities.
• Willingness to work a 9 am‑6 pm schedule with weekend and on‑call availability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property‑management software (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred).
