Leasing Professional – Park Place at 92nd

About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Park Place at 92nd community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Execute community marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
