Leasing Professional – Park Newport

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Park Newport community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet community revenue and occupancy targets.
• Show units to prospective residents and process applications.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Execute renewal strategies and secure lease extensions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote available inventory.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably at large properties.
• Weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) as business needs dictate.
• Ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM leasing platforms.
