Leasing Professional – Otay Mesa, San Diego

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Otay Mesa community in San Diego. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through coordinated marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a lease‑up property of approximately 120 units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospective residents.
• Show available units, explain lease terms, and process applications.
• Manage lease renewals and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community promotion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in lease‑up or affordable housing environments.
• Ability to work a Thursday‑Monday schedule with weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
