Leasing Professional – Northshore Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Northshore community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit and criminal background checks, prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to Greystar’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property‑management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
