About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support its North/Eastside community in Seattle. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals to retain existing residents.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Attention to detail for processing applications and preparing lease documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
