About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized community of 699 units. You will work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and close lease agreements with new residents.
- Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to achieve renewal targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.
- Track leasing metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
