Leasing Professional – Monterey Townhome & Pacific Vista

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Monterey Townhome and Pacific Vista communities. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process leasing applications, negotiate lease terms and ensure timely lease execution.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units and community events.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related leasing or property‑management experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
• Experience with Knock, Microsoft Outlook and Reputation platforms is preferred.
