About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Montclair community in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move‑in logistics, ensuring apartments are ready and residents receive their move‑in packages.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage lease renewal activities.
- Support marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.
