Leasing Professional – Mira Crystal Lake

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Mira Crystal Lake community. The role involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow community policies on concessions, specials, and other occupancy‑boosting programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Ability to conduct community tours, qualify prospects, and process leasing applications.
• Capability to stay informed about market and competitor conditions.
• Proficiency in using property management software (OneSite, Yardi) for tracking and data management.
