About the role

The Leasing Professional – Meridian will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with prospective and current residents throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Support resident satisfaction initiatives and assist with lease renewals.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for greeting, qualifying, and guiding prospects.
• Attention to detail in processing applications, conducting screenings, and preparing lease documents.
• Organizational skills to manage move‑in schedules and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
