Leasing Professional – Mandalay at Shadow Lake

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Mandalay at Shadow Lake community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all aspects of the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or a related real‑estate role.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals through effective sales and customer service.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
