About the role
The Leasing Professional for the Mailman Post community is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through coordinated marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. This full‑time, onsite position works directly with prospective and current residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
