About the role
The Leasing Professional (Lease‑Up) will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a residential community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee the signing process.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm readiness.
- Execute sales and leasing activities to meet community revenue and occupancy targets.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing activities.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication with prospects and residents.
