Leasing Professional (Lease Up) – Broadstone at Sierra Vista

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for Broadstone at Sierra Vista. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while supporting resident retention throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, and processing applications.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding work with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, record prospect activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within the multifamily or property management sector.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for unit inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and ability to develop marketing strategies.
• Comfort with using property management and online marketing tools.
