Leasing Professional – Lakehouse on Wylie

About the role
The Leasing Professional will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents at Lakehouse on Wylie. This role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain resident relationships to encourage lease renewals and high retention rates.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales and occupancy goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and adapt to changing leasing demands.
