Leasing Professional – Jefferson Cenza

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Jefferson Cenza community in Placentia, California. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Yardi or other CRM systems.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.
• Achieve weekend availability and work a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Proficiency with Yardi or comparable property‑management CRM platforms.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
