Leasing Professional

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for upcoming Greystar projects in the St. Louis area. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets by managing the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and show apartment units.
• Process rental applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new residents and support existing tenants throughout their lease term.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing activities.

Required profile

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities in a residential property setting.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the capacity to guide prospects through the leasing process.
