Leasing Professional – Hyde Square

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Hyde Square community. You will be the front‑line ambassador, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and ensure a seamless move‑in experience.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism in interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
