About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join its Hollywood, FL community. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within multifamily housing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a smooth move‑in experience.
