Leasing Professional – Hardware Village

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Hardware Village will lead all leasing activities for the community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position works directly with prospective and current residents to guide them through the leasing process and support long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
• Drive renewal efforts by engaging existing residents and presenting renewal options.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
