Leasing Professional – Garden‑Style Community

About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for a garden‑style community of 306 units in Charlotte, NC. Working full‑time, you will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet revenue targets and retain residents throughout their lease terms.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Execute leasing sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow company policies.
Required profile
- Ability to perform all leasing and sales activities for a residential community.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
