Leasing Professional for Wyncrest Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Wyncrest community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, and completing lease paperwork.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property sales.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to conduct thorough apartment inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents, and internal teams.
