Leasing Professional for Village Creek Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Village Creek Apartments. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing and property management.
• Ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resident‑retention focus.
