Leasing Professional for The Henley Community

About the role

The Henley community is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction. You will manage the full leasing cycle—from prospecting and tours to application processing, lease signing and move‑in—while supporting resident retention throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community areas to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.
