Leasing Professional for The Gin Mill Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Gin Mill community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Proactive approach to marketing and community promotion.
