Leasing Professional for Solwyn Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Solwyn community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and capture resident demographics.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Ability to conduct credit screening and background checks.
