Leasing Professional for Rivers Edge Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Rivers Edge mid‑rise community in Greenville. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.
