Leasing Professional for River House Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the River House community, a stabilized mid‑rise property with 244 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive prospect engagement and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within residential real‑estate.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and conduct effective tours.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and ability to develop marketing strategies.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease preparation, move‑in inspections, and data management.
