Leasing Professional for Greenfield Village

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join the Greenfield Village community in San Diego. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet the community’s revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, showing units and processing applications.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and renewal strategies to maximize resident retention.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably on a property with 400+ units.
• Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am‑6 pm.
• Experience using property management software such as CRM, Yardi, Meet Elise or Happy Co.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Yardi.
• Familiarity with Meet Elise.
• Familiarity with Happy Co.
