Leasing Professional for Benton Pointe Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Benton Pointe community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure smooth move‑ins, and support resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
