Leasing Professional for Avana Woods Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Avana Woods community in Alpharetta. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Comfort with using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
