About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Vicino Apartments team in Lakewood, California. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings, and manage lease documentation.
- Coordinate move‑ins and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new residents.
- Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in multifamily or affordable housing.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends as needed.
Required skills
- Experience with Yardi property management software (Yardi 8 preferred).
