Leasing Professional for Alta Marine Creek Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Alta Marine Creek community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through the full leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit and criminal background checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready and coordinate any maintenance issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
