Leasing Professional – Encore at Brentwood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Encore at Brentwood community. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and coordinate renewal activities.
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets set for the mid‑rise, lease‑up community.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in leasing software and property management systems (if mentioned in interview).
• Knowledge of credit and background screening processes.
