Leasing Professional – Downtown Highrise

About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the 700 River downtown high‑rise community in Austin. You will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with Greystar quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
